Pok-E Joe’s Gives Tips to Haiti Earthquake Relief

One local restaurant owner was so moved by the devastating footage from Haiti, he’s using his business to help. Last Thursday and Friday, workers at Pok-E Joes, off Boonsboro Road, put all of their tips toward helping the Haitian victims. Owner Walter Hughes says he made the decision after seeing one man’s horrific struggle on the news.
