Although the name ‘Milan’ might lead you to conclude that this is an Italian restaurant, the Wards Road gem actually specializes in exotic Indian fare. Indeed, with one step inside, the aromas of coriander, turmeric, cumin, clove, and cinnamon stimulate the senses and beckon to the appetite. Dishes are prepared as you like: medium, hot, or “Indian hot” (the latter is definitely not for first-timers!), and everything is prepared fresh daily, with no additives or preservatives.
